What is the Road to Discipleship (RTDP)?
RTDP is a discipleship program designed by Harvest Intercontinental Church, Olney-Maryland.
Harvest is a church of life-long learners.
We take seriously our mandate to be disciples of Jesus and to make disciples.
The RTDP is one of many opportunities you will have to grow.
Remember:
In Jesus' eyes, a true disciple is the answer to the world’s challenges.
Growth – you will grow spiritually and be transformed
Knowledge – you will understand who we are as a Church and why we are here
Connection – you will develop quality relationships and community
Involvement – you will learn how to plug-in to the Church and begin to serve
The Structure of the RTDP

Base One – Membership:
Reinforcing the purpose of the local Church and why you should be a part.
Taught in a group setting.

Base Two – Maturity:
Strengthening the foundations of your identity in Christ and being equipped to grow as a believer.
Taught with a Mentor.

Base Three – Ministry:
Developing the heart of a servant.
Taught in a group setting.

Base Four – Mission:
Discovering what God wants you to do in the earth.
Taught in a group setting.
